Laura and Luke’s wedding took place at Millbridge Court on the 28th July 2016.
We had met the bride and groom at another wedding and they both loved our style of photography. We were especially keen to photograph their wedding as they had chosen a venue where we had not worked before; Millbridge Court -and it’s less than 15 minutes from our house!
Millbridge Court is a spectacular newly built wedding and events venue in the heart of the Surrey countryside. The beautifully designed wedding venue has been receiving fantastic reviews and delivers a truly picture perfect backdrop.
Laura had chosen to get ready onsite in the custom built bridal preparation area, which even includes a one way mirror allowing her to spy on her guests and groom to be as they filled the ceremony room. This room was perfect for the bridal preparation photographs, with lovely mirrors and overhead skylights.
Meanwhile Luke got ready at home and arrived onsite early so he could have his groom preparation photographs taken onsite in the gorgeous grounds of the venue, which overlooks the Frensham countryside.
The large windows and high ceilings of the ceremony room provided a clean and dramatic environment for the service. The beautifully designed building then swept around in a horseshoe shape to the meal area, which also had a lovely high ceiling.
The couple had chosen grey tablecloths and this worked fantastically well, it created a clean and modern vibe that complimented the modern barn style of the venue perfectly.
As married award winning wedding photographers based in Surrey & Hampshire we see all the finest wedding venues in the area, and we found Millbridge Court a truly stunning venue with friendly approachable staff. Although it’s the new kid on the block its one of our favourite wedding venues in the area and is the perfect backdrop to capture truly stunning wedding photos. We look forward to working there again!
